Hard to say goodbye...

I'm editing while listening to the playlist for this novel and I'm a sobbing mess. God, I have no idea how to let these characters go and embrace new ones. They are embedded so deep in my soul that I am struggling to say goodbye. I just want to write their every moment for the rest of their lives. I'm addicted, obsessed. They are in my veins.
